If there are differences observed, this shall be investigated, documented and reconciled. Basic principles: Receiving of inventory should be handled and verified by 2 people, Inspection of goods received must be ensured that they are accurate and are not damaged, Access to inventory should be restricted. The purpose of this procedure is to avoid inventory losses as a result of shortages or damages.

TURN-OVER CEREMONY FOR THE NEW REVENUE DISTRICT OFFICER
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) Revenue District 107 based in Cotabato City has now new Revenue District Officer (RDO) in the person of Atty. Malic M. Umpar (Photo above).
RDO Amanoding D. Esmail will be transferred to his previous assignment in Tandag, Surigao Del Sur.
Activities during the turnover ceremonies held at the BIR office new building along SK Pendatun Avenue, Cotabato City included giving of gifts to the outgoing RDO with testimonies of BIR District’s key personnel of the learning experiences they acquired from RDO Esmail during his very short stint in Cotabato City.
Dance presentation was also performed by the “Hagibis Dancers” of the BIR Disctrict welcoming and pledging of support to the new RDO.
